Aventine Reserve LLC dba Aventine Homebuyers (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information collected through selltoaventine.com and related communications.
Information we collect
When you request information, we may collect the property address, your name if you provide it, telephone number, email address, details you choose to share about a property or situation, and records of your communications with us. For an online request, the consent record includes your phone number, the exact checkbox wording, its revision and SHA-256 digest, the form revision, the home-page path, the time, the consent purpose, and successful spam-protection and address-verification results.
How we use information
We use information to respond to your request, evaluate a possible property purchase, operate and secure the site, prevent abuse, maintain records, measure site and advertising performance, comply with law, and communicate with you as permitted by law and your choices.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to host and secure the site, suggest property addresses, deliver requests into our private customer and workflow systems, and support communications. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services or as otherwise permitted by law. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, transaction counterparties, government authorities, or others when legally required or to protect rights, safety, and property.
Text and phone information
Our online request form requires you to give call and text consent before you submit it. You do not have to consent to receive information, consider an offer, or sell your property to Aventine. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your mobile phone number or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Browser data and site security
Services used for address suggestions, hosting, and abuse prevention may process an IP address, browser data, server logs, browser storage, or similar data to provide and protect those features. Aventine does not add your IP address or browser user agent to the durable consent record. You can manage browser storage through your browser settings, although blocking it may affect site features.
Optional site analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you select “Allow analytics.” If you allow it, we measure page visits, referral and campaign source, call-button clicks, successful online request events, calculator use, seller contact-link clicks, and site-speed metrics. Calculator amounts stay in page memory and are not sent to analytics or our lead systems. Analytics events do not include your form entries, property address, telephone number, or free-text communications. We store your analytics choice in browser local storage. You can select “Analytics choices” in the footer to change it.
Retention and security
We keep the dedicated consent evidence record for five years from the date of consent. After that period, an authorized cleanup process deletes that private evidence unless a legal hold or another recordkeeping duty requires it for longer. The private delivery payload can be retired earlier after a verified transfer to our customer system. A redacted admission receipt can remain for integrity, security, and duplicate prevention. Other lead, transaction, dispute, and legal records are kept only as needed for their purpose. No system is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to applicable law and our recordkeeping obligations. Children and changes
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy and will post the effective date when we do.
